Republic of the Philippines Province of Batangas MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS INVITATION TO BID The Municipal Government of Sto. Tomas, Batangas through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors to apply for eligibility, and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder project: Name of Project : Supply and delivery of Cattle (Cattle Fattening Dispersal Program) Location : Municipal Agriculture Office, Sto. Tomas, Batangas Appropriations : PhP 2,100,000.00 For contracts involving delivery of goods (services): Prospective bidders should have experience undertaking a similar project within the last five(5) years with an amount of at least 25% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). December 6, 2018 – 2:00 P.M. 6. Submission of addt’l. requirements -
December 11, 2018 The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee, Municipal Building, Sto. Tomas, Batangas, upon their submission of a Letter of Intent. Prospective bidders shall submit the Eligibility Requirements to the BAC Secretariat at the said address. The BAC will issue bidding documents only to bidders declared by the Committee to be eligible and upon payment of non-refundable amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 5,000.00) to the Municipal Government of Sto. Tomas Treasurers Office. The Municipal Government of Sto. Tomas, Batangas assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
