Description

The subject matter of the contract are maintenance works and works consisting in execution of maintenance works on natural watercourses and water facilities, among other things, in making the watercourses more accessible - works according to the list of items for particular sections. Possible damages resulting from the execution of the works and their removal shall be borne by the Contractor at his expense and risk, including possible claims of third parties in connection with the execution of the contract in question. The obligations of the Contractor shall include ensuring systematic natural supervision. During the works to protect the natural values of the area. Moreover, the (random) nature supervision will be carried out by PGW WP employees. After the completion of the works (before final acceptance), the Contractor of maintenance works will prepare and hand over to the Contracting Authority an as-built operation containing, among other things, certificates of embedded materials and a report on performing nature supervision over the task.

(locally) - 3 280 m2;3. manual removal of the frame culverts 2.0 x 2.0 m and 5 m in length with abutments from the denim; the degree of silting up to 0.33 of the duct diameter in km 14+149-14+166 (Krzywa Street) - 17 m;4. manual removal of soil and impurities from under the bridge in Krzywa Street. Kielecka in km 14+389-14+401 - 10 m3;5. manual cleaning of frame culverts 2.0 x 2.0 m and 5 m long with abutments from deninine; degree of silting up to 0.33 of the cable diameter in km 14+499-14+510 (Kościelna street bridge) - 11 m;6. manual cleaning of frame culverts 2.0 x 2.0 m for 5.0 m long with abutments from denim; silt level up to 0.33 duct diameter in km 14+570-14+578 (Strażacka Street) - 8 m;7. 1.20 m x 3 with abutments from deninine; degree of silting up to 0.33 duct diameter in km 14+660-14+671 (Gądzio-Kosa Street) - 11 mb;8. manual cleaning of frame culverts 2.0 x 2.0 m x 2 and 5.0 m long with abutments from deninine; degree of silting up to 0.33 duct diameter in km 14+785-14+796 (ul. Kwarty) - 11 m;9. manual cleaning of culverts with a diameter of 1.00 m x 3 with abutments from denim; degree of silting up to 0.33 duct diameter, 20 m long in km 15+709-15+729 - 20 m;10. manual cutting of rare bushes up to 10 years old in km 3+235-3+865 and 15+729-15+890 - 0.1 ha;11. cleaning of wafers from the applied waste (humus), in places lined with wafers in km 13+280-15+540 - 1 500 m2;12. cleaning of the waste extracted from the river: bottles, plastics, plastic bags on the whole length of the river; 13. 13. transporting green vegetation and extracted humus from the stream and culverts in km 13+240-15+890 - 20 m3;14. tending 5 trees together with transporting branches outside the city and chipping - 5 trees;15. 15. Repairing the existing fortification of the right bank of the Brzeźnica River in the Wolka River (wall and stone cladding) at a length of ca. 30 m and a width of 1.0 m and a height of 1.5 m (by the historic "Wanat" mill) - ca. 20 % of the area - 11 m3;16. Morawica - dangerous zone next to the roadway (26-75 caps/h) - slope with an inclination of 1:3 to 1:2 attention should be paid to calculate a basket lift and very difficult access - 1 piece;14. taking away the branches left after felling or chipping - 3.23 mp;15. driving the logs at a distance of up to 2 km (per plot indicated by the investor) - 2.37 m3;16. 16. cutting the logs into pieces and laying them on the foundations - 2.37 m3, together with conducting natural supervision over the works.
