Poland - Supervision of construction work

Description

Supervision over design and execution of Works, as well as management of the Contract named: "Design and extension of national road No. 79 along the section Garbatka - Wilczowola from km 93+030 to km 100+711".
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services in the scope of design supervision, management and control, as well as supervision over the implementation of the contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract", whose subject matter is: "Design and extension of National Road No. 79 on the section Garbatka - Wilczowola from km 93+030 to km 100+711".on the terms and conditions specified in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the Contract Conditions for each Part of the investment task.The service includes performance of the Consultant's duties under the Contract, based on the GCTC and CSC, in particular- performing design supervision, verification of the design documentation, its completeness, mutual compliance, verification of the results of making control calculations in order to find possible errors,- managing, performing investor supervision and control over the implementation of the works until the date of issuing the Final Certificate of Payment,- performing information and promotion activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the services of GDDKiA,- fulfilling the reporting obligations arising from EU procedures and cooperation in this respect with the services of GDDKiA,- fulfilling the obligations arising from procedures contained in the applicable requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and the procedures of the Project Beneficiary for OPI&E,- providing investor supervision services for the execution of construction works and participating in guarantee reviews and supervising the removal of any faults/defects identified in the guarantee reviews, within the framework of the concluded Contract, - performance of tasks taking into account requirements and guidelines of Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment,- support to the Contracting Authority as a loyal and diligent advisor in all activities connected with Project implementation,- supervision over design works and works within the scope of additional Tasks necessary for Project implementation resulting during Contract execution - awarded on the basis of Public Procurement Law,- Permanent monitoring, conducting and resolving issues related to proper execution of Contractor documents and construction works by individual Contractors at the interface of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant's teams supervising adjacent investments - as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to develop principles and methods for proper execution of Contractor documents and construction works. Should the need arise, the Contracting Authority will appoint the lead Consultant for coordination at the interface of the Projects.
