Poland - Supervision of construction work

Description

The subject of the contract is: Supervision over the design and execution of the Works and management of the Contract named: "Design and construction of the S-61 Ostrów Mazowiecka - Szczuczyn expressway, section: "Łomża Południe" junction (with junction) - "Łomża Zachód" junction (without junction), on the length of about 7.186 km [S61] + DK 63 [GP] 8.907 km The service includes the performance of the Consultant's duties under the Agreement, based on the OWK and SWK, in particular:- supervising the design, verifying the design documentation, its completeness, cross-compliance, verifying the results of control calculations in order to find possible errors,- managing, supervising the investor and controlling the execution of works until the date of issuing the Final Certificate of Payment,- conducting information and promotion activities related to the execution of the project and cooperating with the services of GDDKiA in this respect,- fulfilling reporting obligations resulting from EUI procedures cooperation in this respect with the services of GDDKiA, - fulfilling obligations resulting from procedures included in binding requirements/guidelines concerning investments co-financed from EU funds and procedures of the beneficiary of Projects for OPI&E, - providing investor's supervision service over the realization of construction works and participation in Guarantee Reviews and supervising the removal of possible faults/defects found in Guarantee Reviews, within the framework of the concluded Contract, - performing tasks taking into account the requirements and guidelines of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment, - supporting the Contracting Authority as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the execution of the Project, - supervising the design works and works within the scope of Additional Tasks, necessary for the execution of the Project resulting from the execution of the Contract - awarded under the Public Procurement Law,- constant monitoring, conducting and resolving issues related to the proper performance by individual Contractors, Contractor's documents and construction works at the junction of adjacent Contracts, and close cooperation with the Consultant's Teams supervising adjacent investments - as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the principles and method of proper performance of Contractor's documents and construction works.
