Description

The subject of the contract is to perform the duties of the Contract Engineer together with the provision of services of investor's supervision in the implementation of the investment task under the name: "Reconstruction of railway tracks in Wierzbięcice and 28 Czerwca 1956" including: reconstruction of railway track and catenary network in Wierzbięcice and 28 Czerwca 1956. (section from the petrol station on Wierzbięcice Street to Krzyżowa/Kilińskiego Street), reconstruction of the road system, modernisation of the rectifier station "Pamiątkowa", reconstruction of stops, equipping the road and track infrastructure with elements of permanent traffic organisation and safety, reconstruction of pavements and reconstruction and construction of infrastructure: lighting, rainwater, water, gas, electricity and telecommunication sewerage, as well as felling and planting trees. The scope of construction works subject to supervision has been specified in detail in the design documentation - construction design, constituting Appendix No. 2 to this ToR. The documentation was prepared by BBF sp. z o.o., Dąbrowskiego 461, 60-451 Poznań2. Full name of the proceedings: Performing the duties of the Contract Engineer together with the provision of investor supervision services in the preparation and implementation of the investment task under the name: "Reconstruction of railway tracks in Wierzbięcice streets and on June 28, 1956: "The estimated value of the order exceeds the amount specified in the regulations issued pursuant to Article 11 paragraph 8 of the Public Procurement Law Act.4 Information on EU funds: Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 under Measure 6.1 "Development of public transport in cities". (Cohesion Fund) - No. of the agreement POIS.06.01.00-00-00-0036/16-00.5. The Contracting Authority envisages awarding the contracts referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point (a) of the Act on Public Procurement, as amended. 6 of the Act in the event of the occurrence of circumstances referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 6 of the Act. The subject of these contracts will be similar services in accordance with the subject of the main contract. The Awarding Entity envisages the award of such contracts, in particular, when it becomes necessary and/or necessary to perform the scope of works not included in the scope of the basic contract, but whose performance will be possible through the repetition of similar services as provided for within the scope of the basic contract (up to 50% of the contract value).6 The Awarding Entity envisages the possibility of amending the future contract with the Economic Operator in accordance with the provisions of the model contract and the provisions of the Act.7 In matters not regulated by the ToR (and respectively the announcement), or in the situation of discrepancies between the provisions of the ToR (respectively the announcement) and the Act, the provisions of the Act shall prevail.
