Description

1 The subject of the contract includes the service of investor's supervision over the execution and during the guarantee and warranty period of construction works for the needs of comprehensive thermal modernisation of a public utility building: XIV High School (existing until 31.08.2019 as the Complex of General Education Schools No. 5), 55 Wejherowska Street, located in Gdynia as part of the project "Comprehensive energy modernization of public utility buildings in Gdynia". The construction works consist of, among others, insulation of external walls, insulation of ventilated roofs and flat roofs, insulation of foundation walls, moisture insulation, replacement of parts of windows and external doors, replacement of central heating installation with panel radiators, media monitoring and heating control system in classrooms, replacement of central heating installation. The system of monitoring media and control of heating in classrooms, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, replacement of the central heating system, including the modernization of switchgears and changing the type of lighting through the use of energy-efficient LED lighting with automatic control, replacement of lightning protection system, production and installation of a project information board for a public utility building and execution of all accompanying construction works under the project "Comprehensive energy modernization of public utility buildings in Gdynia".The subject matter of the contract concerns the performance of construction works together with all other accompanying works and obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority the necessary permits related to the performance of the subject matter of the contract for a public utility building.1.1 The Contractor shall provide a guarantee of not less than 36 months for the completed construction work. Regardless of the rights resulting from the guarantee, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to a warranty for defects, which expires 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the subject matter of the contract.2 The investor supervision service shall cover the material scope of the subject matter of the contract performed by selected Economic Operators, selected as a result of an open tender procedure with the contract value exceeding the amounts specified in the regulations issued pursuant to art. 11 item 8 of the Act of 29 January 2004. Public Procurement Law, covering performance of construction works for the purposes of comprehensive thermal modernization of public utility buildings located in Gdynia under the project "Comprehensive energy modernization of public utility buildings in Gdynia". The construction works consist in, among others, insulation of external walls, insulation of ventilated ceilings and flat roofs, insulation of foundation walls, execution of vertical damp-proof and horizontal insulation with the use of crystal injection method, modernization of installation c.o. with installation of a control system on low parameters and control and adjustment valves together with a control and monitoring automation system, replacement of radiator parts, installation of radiator screens, modernization of installation c.The subject of the order concerns the execution of construction works together with all other accompanying works and obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority the necessary permits related to the execution of the subject of the public building order.1.1 The Contractor shall provide a guarantee of not less than 36 months for the completed construction work. The construction works consist in, among others, insulation of external walls together with crack repairs, insulation of attic, insulation of foundation walls, moisture insulation, replacement of window joinery parts, replacement of central heating system with panel radiators together with media monitoring and heating control system in classrooms, modernization of central heating and hot water collector station, replacement of hot water installations.
