Description

The service of holding the position of investor's supervision inspector over construction works in the field of small mountain retention in the Ustrzyki Dolne Forest Inspectorate in the realization of the investment task entitled: "The construction of retention tanks along with the accompanying infrastructure located in Uherce Mineralne, the Olszanica Commune". Supervised construction works consist in the construction of two retention reservoirs with an area of 2.00 ha and 0.30 ha respectively, with the accompanying infrastructure: accumulation well with concrete circles fi 1.2 m, drainage well with concrete circles fi 1.2 m - 2 pieces, rapids with shore, pipelines PCV fi 200, fi 250, fi 400 with knife gate valves, emergency overflow - 2 pieces, inflow ditches to the reservoirs, preliminary tanks - retarders - 4 pieces. To finance the contract, the Contracting Authority intends to earmark a gross amount of PLN 73 800.00. The Contracting Authority does not require participation in a site inspection.
The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the SWZ (Terms of Reference) and the specimen contract. The Contractor's obligations include:1) the full scope of duties specified in art. 25 of the act of 7th July 1994 Construction Law (i.e. Dz.U. of 2020, item. 1333; hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Law") and secondary legislation; 2) thorough knowledge of the design documentation concerning the facilities under construction and of the content of the construction works contract concluded by the Contracting Authority with the construction works contractor, as well as by the contractor with the subcontractor (if applicable); 3) ongoing control of timeliness and compliance of the construction works performed by the contractor and subcontractors with the agreed material and financial schedule - if applicable; 4) ongoing control of construction works as regards their compliance with the design documentation; 6) take care of the Contracting Authority's interests, particularly in the event that the construction work is found to be in contradiction to the construction contract and occupational safety and health regulations; 7) take actions to ensure technical correctness of the construction work in progress; 8) take decisions and bear responsibility for decisions made on issues related to the quality of construction work, assessment of the quality of construction products within the meaning of Art. 10 of the Construction Law and progress of the construction work, as well as providing explanations regarding the design documentation, except for issues which might affect the increase of costs of the construction work 10) controlling the quality of construction products used within the meaning of Art. 10 of the Construction Law, requesting additional quality testing of construction products in situations provided for by law, and obligatory verification of certificates and declarations of conformity of materials submitted by a contractor before they are built in; 11) demanding that a contractor or subcontractor removes defects identified in the course of performing construction work and defects in the completed construction work, and notifying the Contracting Authority if the defects are not removed 13) participation in the activities of partial acceptance and final acceptance of construction works, and as part of these activities - confirming the readiness for acceptance of construction works, submission to the Awarding Authority of the acceptance protocols and as-built documentation, confirmation of actually performed construction works and removal of defects, if any 15) immediately notifying the Contracting Authority of any circumstances that may affect the timeliness and correctness of construction work performed and the occurrence of circumstances not provided for in the design documentation; 17) obtaining explanations from the designer regarding the design documentation and the solutions included therein; 18) identifying the scope of additional or substitute works proposed by the contractor and presenting it to the Contracting Authority for approval.
