Poland - Supervision of construction work

Description

Supervision over design and execution of Works, as well as management of the Contract titled: Construction of the S19 Białystok - Lubartów expressway, section: border of mazowieckie and lubelskie voivodeships - Międzyrzec Podlaski (end of the ring road).
The subject matter of the contract shall include, in particular- supervision of the design, verification of the design documentation, its completeness, mutual compliance, verification of the results of control calculations in order to find possible errors,- management, investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the Final Settlement- carrying out information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this regard with the services of GDDKiA,- fulfilling the reporting obligations arising from EU procedures and cooperation in this respect with the services of GDDKiA,- fulfilling the obligations arising from the procedures contained in the applicable requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and the procedures of the Project Beneficiary for OPI&E,- providing investor supervision services for the execution of construction works and participating in guarantee reviews and supervising the removal of any faults/defects found during guarantee reviews, within the scope of the concluded Contract;- performing tasks taking into account the requirements and guidelines of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme,- supporting the Contracting Authority as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the Project.- supervision of design works and works within the scope of Additional Tasks, necessary for Project execution, resulting from Contract execution - awarded on the basis of Public Procurement Law.- continuous monitoring, conducting and resolving matters related to proper execution of Contractor's documents and works at the interface of adjacent Contracts by individual Contractors and close cooperation with Consultant's Teams supervising adjacent investments - as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out rules and methods of proper execution of Contractor's documents and works. Should the need arise, the Contracting Authority will appoint a Lead Consultant to take charge of the coordination at the interface of the Projects.The value of the contract is between EUR 140,000 and EUR 10 million.
