The subject matter of the contract is: Providing investor supervision over the task entitled: "Repair of the sluice and weir in Karwik".2. The order includes in particular: a) day-to-day supervision of the construction works carried out through the appointed Investor's Supervision inspector in the hydrotechnical engineering branch, and also, if necessary, in other branches appropriate to the specifics of the investment being carried out, to the extent required of Investor's Supervision by the Construction Law in a manner necessary to safeguard the interests of the Ordering Party,b) undertaking activities aimed at protecting the Contracting Authority's interests and proper implementation of the investment task,c) financial supervision,d) control and preparation of the necessary documents as indicated by the Contracting Authority, resulting from the guidelines for investments implemented under the ROP.3Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in appendix no. 4 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). 1.

The order includes in particular a) day-to-day supervision of the construction works carried out through the appointed Investor's Supervision inspector in the hydrotechnical engineering branch, and also, if necessary, in other branches appropriate to the specifics of the investment being carried out, to the extent required of Investor's Supervision by the Construction Law in a manner necessary to secure the interests of the Ordering Party,b) undertaking activities aimed at protecting the Contracting Authority's interests and proper implementation of the investment task,c) financial supervision,d) control and preparation of the necessary documents as indicated by the Contracting Authority, resulting from the guidelines for investments implemented under the ROP.3A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is enclosed as Attachment No. 4 to the SWZ.4 In addition, the Economic Operator must include in the costs of the contract execution: a) costs of commuting to the construction site by own or public means of transport; b) costs of telephone and electronic communication; c) costs of employing investor supervision personnel in specializations other than those indicated in item 1.1.1. c) cost of employing investor's supervision in specializations other than specified in item 1.1.1. appropriate to the specificity of the executed investment; however, persons performing such supervision should have appropriate licenses to perform such activities and be active members of the Chamber of Civil Engineers on the day of concluding the contract and throughout its duration;d) costs of equipping min. 1 office position in a computer with software enabling the editing of files: doc; xls; dwg; ppt; ath (or other cost estimate files) and reviewing files in pdf format;e) additional costs related to e.g. the control of underwater works, geodesy, control of excavated material from desludging.
