Complex and multi-discipline investor's supervision over construction works being a part of I and II stage of the investment within the area of the Museum and Education Centre of the Karkonosze National Park, Sobieszów Palace located in Jelenia Góra - stage I/A - continuation, stage I/B, stage II/A and II/B, stage II/D.
Task no. 1 - Complex and multi-discipline investor's supervision over the realization of the task entitled: "Reconstruction and extension of the Palace building together with external drainage and boreholes supplying the heat pump and complex adaptation - thermal modernization of the "Gardener's House" building into an educational studio together with making all necessary connections being a part of the first stage of the investment: Museum and Educational Centre of the Karkonosze National Park, Sobieszów Palace - stage I/A - continuation" including: a) continuation of the renovation of the Sobieszów Palace building together with comprehensive thermomodernisation and adaptation of the facility for the needs of the educational exposition and the administrative part, excluding construction works included in the attached design documentation, which have already been completed and are described in Annex 1 letter r.b) making an external driveway for the disabled along with development of the adjacent area - more detailed solutions are described in appendix no. 2 letter b, fig. 16; c) making boreholes along with the installation supplying the heat pump located in the Sobieszów Palace building; d) making a drainage network of the Sobieszów Palace building along with a collective well (appendix no. 2 letter i, fig. Is-01 and Is-10); e) making a comprehensive thermomodernization of the "Gardener's House" building; f) making an electrical connection, water supply system and a water supply system.canal and gas connections of the Palace and "Gardener's House" building. Task No. 2: Performance of complex and multi-discipline investor's supervision over the realization of the task entitled: "Installation of photovoltaic panels on a structure made of wood and architectural concrete and all electrical devices in the "Electric Barn" building together with the execution of the S/N electrical connection line to the operator's electrical network being a part of the first stage of the investment: Karkonosze Museum and Educational Centre, National Park, Sobieszów Palace - stage I/B" including:a) demolition of the existing brick and stone wall together with its reconstruction after the completion of the designed foundations of the "Electric Barn" facility; b) removal of a part of the stone and ground slope and field elements to the extent necessary to make the supporting structure for photovoltaic panels; c) dismantling of the retaining wall and making a temporary protection of the remaining part of the slope until the construction of the facility;d) making an S/N connection from the transformer station of Tauron power network operator and a new S/N station located in the "Electric Barn" facility; e) making the entire reinforced concrete and wooden structure of the "Electric Barn" facility and technical rooms together with the entire infrastructure of the facility and electrical equipment in accordance with the design constituting Annex 6; f) purchase and installation of photovoltaic panels together with the entire equipment; g) making a new surface of granite cubes in the scope shown in Fig. No. 3 together with a part of rainwater system and collective wells D24, D23 and D22 according to the attached designs: road (appendix 6 letter k) and rainwater drainage system (appendix 6 letter e);h) reconstruction of fragments of stone walls together with renovation of preserved fragments of walls at the designed object "Stodoła Elektryczna" within the scope shown on fig. 4 together with making a wicket, according to the attached small architecture design (appendix 6 letter b). Task No. 3: Complex and multi-discipline investor supervision over the realization of the task entitled: The task consists of two stages: "Reconstruction of the Great Stable building, for a new educational and natural exhibition - stage II/A" and "Extension of the Entrance Building as a continuation of the Great Stable building - stage II/B" including:- "Reconstruction of the Great Stable building, for a new educational and natural exhibition - stage II/A" includes:a) performance of a comprehensive renovation together with reconstruction of the functional layout of the existing Great Stable building, adjusting the building to the natural and educational exhibition, including- partial conquest of foundations, - renovation of historic walls and load-bearing structures (including carrying out the required conservation work described in Annex 9 letter c), - execution of new structural elements, - adaptation of existing openings, replacement of historic woodwork and execution of new windows and doors, - reconstruction and repair of the roof truss with replacement of the entire roofing, - replacement of all installations of the building and execution of new ones, - execution of gas, water and sewage connections, rainwater drainage, electrical (including low-current installations) to relevant networks;b) drilling together with the installation supplying the heat pump located in the Great Stable building; c) purchase and installation of all furniture and functional equipment for offices, workshops, toilets and social facilities.Note: the subject of the order does not include the equipment of the nature and education exhibition: "Climate Karkonosze";d) renovation of the external elements of land development: external stairs, retaining walls and execution of green areas in the scope shown in the graphic attachment No. 7.Graphic scope of the stage II/A is presented in the graphic attachment No. 5.- "Extension of the Entrance Building as a continuation of the Great Stables building - Stage II/B" includes: a) demolition and disposal, to the extent necessary for the implementation of the stage, of all underground and above-ground building structures and small architecture such as: old foundations and walls, old installations, tanks, fences, etc. (the scope of the task also includes securing, transporting and storing possible stone elements on the area of the Museum and Education Centre - Sobieszów Palace in the place designated by the orderer); b) making new foundations, walls and structural pillars, new staircase structures and the assembly of a prefabricated ceiling; c) making a new steel and wooden roof structure with ceramic tiles; d) making water and sewage and gas installations with the necessary connections to the individual networks and making heating and ventilation installations;e) making all electrical installations (including low-voltage installations) with the necessary connections to external networks and installations (including fiber optic installations); f) making a glass and wooden façade with finishing elements; g) making the entire functional system with its finishing (plaster, doors, floors); h) purchase and installation of the entire furniture and functional equipment for social rooms, workshops, cloakrooms and an information point; i) making external land development elements: surface, fencing, greenery and elements of small architecture in the scope shown in the graphic attachment No. 8.Graphic scope of stage II/B is presented in the graphic appendix no. 6. Task no. 4. Performing complex and multi-discipline investor's supervision over the realization of the task entitled "The development of the area"."Reconstruction of the Small Stable building for a new educational centre with a multimedia room - stage II/D" including: a) execution of a comprehensive renovation together with reconstruction of the functional layout of the existing Small Stable building, adjusting the object to the new function including- dismantling of the existing first floor together with the roof and the ceiling between the ground floor and the first floor,- dismantling of the connector between the Small Stable building and the Bursa building (being an element of the third stage of the investment),- renovation of the historic walls and load-bearing structures (including carrying out the required conservation works described in Annex 13 letter c),- execution of new structural elements including new walls of the first floor and the roof structure with covering,- construction and finishing of the connector between the Small Stable building and the Entrance Building (being the subject of another order - stage II/B),- replacement, adaptation of existing openings, replacement of historic joinery and execution of new windows and doors,- execution of gas, water and sewage, rainwater and electrical connections (including low-current installations) to the appropriate networks,- purchase and installation of equipment for part of the first floor and connector of the Small Stable building;b) making wells together with the installation supplying the heat pump located in the Small Stable building; c) making external elements: pedestrian paths and parts of the fence in the range shown in Fig. No. 9.
