Description
The proliferation of cyberthreats, cybercriminal groups (UNCs/freeware) and advanced persistent threats (APTs) requires the IT Security Department (ISD) to keep abreast of new techniques, tactics and procedures (TTPs). It must detect and respond rapidly to attacks in order to protect the Authority. It wishes to optimize its process by automating the feeding of its security tools and improving the degree of reliability of signals ingested about emerging threats. The SOLUTION must also provide strategic intelligence to give the AMF a high-level picture of the threats and threat actors that could target the financial industry and fuel its action towards the markets.
To this end, the ISD wishes to subscribe to a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") for cyberthreat intelligence and deep web monitoring, as well as the inherent services described in the following sections. SaaS is defined as software hosted on a service provider's servers, and generally accessible via the Internet in return for a subscription fee.
