The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for SITE Intelligence group (dba IG, LLLC) Institution-level subscription services. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to IG, LLC, 4938 Hampden Ln Ste. 156, Bethesda, MD 20814 under NAICS 511210, which has a Small Business Size Standard of $38.5 million. The government intends to award a firm fixed priced contract with a potential of a one-year period of performance. This contract will address the requirements of the Intelligence and Analysis, need for specialized counterintelligence monitoring and analytical reports tailored to different sectors. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
