Description

The objective of this study is to:- update sanitation data in order to acquire a detailed knowledge of the infrastructures;- establish a diagnosis of the state and functioning of the sanitation works;- carry out a diagnosis of the impact of wastewater and rainwater pollution on the various receiving environments;- propose an efficient wastewater and stormwater collection strategy;- propose a prioritisation of rehabilitation/replacement works for sanitation works;- propose a strategy for the management and treatment of urban stormwater;- review the zoning of wastewater sanitation in accordance with Article L. The contract comprises a lump sum part (six phases) and a purchase order part (complementary missions).

- carry out a diagnosis of the impact of wastewater and rainwater pollution on the various receiving environments;
- propose an efficient wastewater and stormwater collection strategy;
- propose a prioritisation of rehabilitation/replacement works for sewerage works;
- propose a strategy for urban stormwater management and treatment;
- revise the wastewater treatment zoning in accordance with article L. 2224-10 of the CGCT and to draw up the public inquiry file;
- propose a financial strategy for the implementation of the Sdagep.
The contract comprises a lump-sum part (six phases) and a purchase order part (complementary missions).
