assistance to the project owner (amo) for the construction of the railway station gymnasium - global performance contract (mgp)
The aim of the gymnasium construction operation is to recreate the existing offer by offering optimal practice conditions and to develop the practice surfaces with the creation of a structuring room. This gymnasium could be multi-purpose and mixed to meet the community's large-scale event needs (sports or not). The total surface of the equipment is estimated at 2500 m2. The Commune is moving towards a global performance contract in the sense of articles L2171-3, R2171-2 and R2171-3 of the Code de la Commande Publique (French Public Order Code). The purpose of the present contract is to provide a global mission of assistance to the contracting authority (Amo), including legal, technical, economic and financial assistance for the implementation and execution of this global performance contract
