Description

Service contract for a study. The main purpose of the study is to assess and quantify the impact on economic operators of Reach registrations under the 2018 registration deadline, including the cost of updating registrations and extended safety data sheets, as well as identify other impacts of the 2018 registration to economic operators. The study shall also assess the impacts of those costs on the competitiveness, innovation and structure of the EU chemicals industry and downstream users. Moreover, the study should identify any benefits the registration may have had for businesses. Based on the evidence gathered, the study will identify factors, which led to particularly high or low cost-effectiveness.
