GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company that provides construction, operation and management services for over 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) and for university and municipal buildings.The project is to be regarded as a subproject and comprises the construction of a new class building.The demolition of an existing sports hall, the construction of a new two-field sports hall, an extension to the existing building, conversion and refurbishment work on existing buildings and work on the outdoor facilities are part of the overall project.A material price escalator clause is agreed with this invitation to tender.
