Each bid must be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the identification provided in the appendix to the tender document.

Tenders received will be publicly opened at the Town Clerk's Office at the Town Hall, immediately after the expiry of the time limit set for their receipt.

The Ville de Montréal does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
