Structural adjustments are to be made to the existing Peter-Krall-Straße/Volksbadstraße traffic circle in order to improve road safety and the existing crosswalks are to be illuminated in future. The cables/protective conduits required for the lighting are to be shot in the area of the existing asphalt using an earth rocket. In unpaved areas, open construction will be used. Furthermore, the CT is to be equipped with guidance systems for the blind and the central islands are to be enlarged. In order not to damage the asphalt surface in the area of the intersection, the tactile elements are to be glued in the asphalt areas. The existing markings are to be retained, with the exception of a few places, and only extended with the new markings to be added. a water-bound surface is also to be built in the southern section of the intersection. the distribution cabinet for the lighting of the crosswalks was already installed before the start of the project.
