The subject of this part of the order is a successive delivery of concrete mixes and concrete mortars intended for repairs and construction of roads and pavements in the city of Tarnów. Pursuant to Art. 30 (5) of the PZP Act, an Economic Operator who refers to equivalent solutions in an offer is obliged to prove that the offered range of products meets the requirements of the aforementioned standard in the above mentioned scope.4) The Economic Operator whose offer will be assessed the highest will be requested to submit to the Contracting Authority, on the form attached as Appendix No. 6 to the ToR, a statement on the conformity of the offered concrete mixes and mortars with the above mentioned standard or in the scope of the required equivalence.5The remaining description in the ToR The subject of this part of the contract is a successive delivery of vibro-pressed concrete materials for paving work, intended for the construction and repair of roads, pavements and car parks in the city of Tarnów. The requirements to be met by the offered vibropressed concrete materials for paving work1) The vibropressed concrete materials shall not originate from demolition, shall be new, of grade I, free from defects, shall meet the parameters and technical and operational requirements specified in the ToR and shall have appropriate certificates, approvals and a Declaration of Performance issued by the manufacturer confirming their compliance with the applicable standards and physical and chemical properties.2) Vibro-pressed concrete materials must be placed on the market and used for road works within the scope corresponding to the functional properties and intended use, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law, including the Act of 7 July 1994. Requirements to be met by the offered concrete elements for drainage:1) Concrete elements for drainage may not come from demolitions, must be of factory new grade, free from defects, meet the parameters and technical and operational requirements specified in the ToR and have appropriate certificates, technical approvals and the Declaration of Performance issued by the manufacturer confirming their compliance with the applicable standards and physical and chemical properties.2) Concrete elements for drainage must be placed on the market and used for road works to the extent corresponding to the functional properties and purpose, in accordance with the applicable law, including the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1202), the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1570, as amended) and separate regulations, including the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on the types and conditions of use of agents that may be used on public roads, streets and squares (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 230, item 1960), have the CE mark and meet the requirements of the standard: PN-EN 1917:2004 - Manholes and inspection chambers made of unreinforced concrete, steel fibre reinforced concrete and reinforced concrete or equivalent.3) Under the term of equivalence, the Contracting Authority understands that the offered concrete elements for drainage meet the requirements of the said standard in the scope: Compressive strength, Density, Frost resistance, Waterproof. Pursuant to Art. 30 (5) of the PPL Act, an Economic Operator who refers to equivalent solutions in an offer is obliged to prove that the product range offered by the Economic Operator meets the requirements of the aforementioned standards4 .Other provisions of the ToR The subject of this part of the contract is a successive delivery of plastic elements for drainage intended for the construction and repair of roads, pavements and car parks in the city of Tarnów. Requirements to be met by the offered plastic elements for drainage:1) Plastic elements for drainage shall not come from dismantling, shall be new, of grade I, free from defects, shall meet the parameters and technical and operational requirements specified in the ToR and have appropriate certificates, approvals and declarations of performance issued by the manufacturer confirming their compliance with the applicable standards and physical and chemical properties.2) Plastic elements for drainage must be placed on the market and used for road works in the scope corresponding to their functional properties and intended use, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law, including the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1202), the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1570, as amended) and separate regulations, including the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on types and conditions of use of agents that may be used on public roads, streets and squares (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 230, item 1960), have the CE mark and meet the requirements of the standard: PN-EN 1852-1:2018-02 - Plastic piping systems for non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage. Polypropylene (PP) - Part 1: Specifications of pipes, fittings and system or equivalent.3) The Contracting Authority understands equivalence that the offered plastic elements for drainage meet the requirements of the above mentioned standard: Melt Mass Flow Rate Index, Thermal Stability, Internal Pressure Resistance, Leakage, Material Properties of Sealing Rings, Impact Resistance, Flexibility or Mechanical Strength. Pursuant to art. 30 sec. 5 of the PZP Act, an Economic Operator who refers to equivalent solutions in an offer is obliged to prove that the offered assortment meets the requirements of the aforementioned standards in the above mentioned scope.4) The Economic Operator whose offer will be assessed the highest will be requested to submit to the Contracting Authority a declaration of compliance of the offered plastic elements for drainage with the above mentioned standard or in the scope of the required equivalence in the ToR on the form attached as Annex 6 to the ToR. The subject of this part of the contract is the successive supply of cast iron elements for drainage systems intended for the construction and repair of roads, pavements and car parks in the city of Tarnów. Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1202), the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1570, as amended) and separate regulations, including the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on types and conditions of use of agents that may be used on public roads, streets and squares (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 230, item 1960), have the CE mark and meet the requirements of the standard: PN-EN 124-2:2015-07 Gully and manhole tops for pedestrian and road traffic surfaces - Part 2: Gully and manhole tops made of cast iron or equivalent.3) The Contracting Authority understands equivalence that the offered cast iron elements for drainage meet the requirements of the said standard in the scope: View, Load capacity, slip resistance, Clearance, Depth of deposition, Grate slot dimensions, Water flow surface, Determination of position of grilles and covers, Body bearing surface, Body depth. Pursuant to Art. 30 (5) of the PZP Act, an Economic Operator who refers to equivalent solutions in an offer is obliged to prove that the offered assortment meets the requirements of the aforementioned standards in the above mentioned scope.4) The Economic Operator whose offer will be assessed the highest will be requested to submit to the Contracting Authority a declaration of conformity of the offered cast iron elements for drainage with the above mentioned standard or within the required equivalence in the ToR.
