Description
The state of Saxony-Anhalt currently has many properties in its portfolio that are used to house public administration departments and most of which have not been refurbished. The MVM portfolio (tenant-landlord model portfolio) to be evaluated as part of this study comprises 229 business units (WE) and around 986 buildings of various sizes with a total of around 1.19 million m² of net rentable space (NRF), which are managed by the Saxony-Anhalt State Office for Construction and Property Management (BLSA). Individual business units can therefore consist of several buildings.
The focus of the study is to determine the basis for a condition-oriented maintenance strategy and for the energy-efficient upgrading of the buildings towards climate neutrality.
The contractors are to record and assess the current structural and technical condition of the existing buildings in a structured manner and using uniform evaluation standards, and to determine the resulting maintenance and energy efficiency measures in terms of cost.
The structural condition assessment of the MVM portfolio is divided into five lots. The procedure provides for contractors to be commissioned with individual, several or all lots.
