Description

Mechanical cleaning services for municipal roads and urban public spaces in the commune of Nogent-sur-Marne.
The services give rise to an ordinary service contract at a fixed price. The contract is valid for one year from the date of notification. The contract is tacitly renewable three times, for annual periods, i.e. for a maximum of four years. The contract shall consist of the provision of the following services: - mechanical sweeping and vacuuming of gutters and roadways; - sweeping of pavements and surroundings by blowing, as well as private areas open to traffic; - occasional cleaning services linked to special circumstances (intervention following accidents or demonstrations); - leaf collection from September to December: cleaning necessary in the autumn because of falling leaves; in the event of snow cover making sweeping services impossible, staff will be assigned to manually clear sensitive areas (access to stations, town hall, schools, etc.).In the event of snowfall making it impossible to sweep, staff will be assigned to manually clear sensitive points (station accesses, town hall, schools, etc.) instead of the usual tasks. Before each intervention, a daily schedule defined by the head of the technical services cleanliness department will be sent to the contract holder.
