Description

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the maintenance of equipment and networks related to the control and supervision of road and tram traffic in the city of Krakow, including the maintenance of: - traffic lights at junctions, as well as passages and crossings; - traffic lights and video monitoring systems in the road tunnel under the Main Railway Station and the road tunnel under the Roundabout of Katyn Victims; - traffic lights in the tram tunnel under the Main Railway Station; - automatic road barriers ejected from the ground in the location of ul. The Ordering Party described the subject of the contract by means of the OPZ together with the attachments - Appendix No. 5 to the ToR.2.Where trade marks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems appear in any of the Annexes to the ToR, products may be replaced by equivalent products. The Contracting Authority shall recognise as equivalent solutions those solutions which enable the Contracting Authority to achieve the effect assumed by the Contracting Authority through other technical solutions. An identical (identical) solution cannot be considered as an equivalent solution, but only those which in the compared features indicate exactly the same or very similar usable value. By indicating the manufacturer's names, trademarks, standards, approvals or reference systems, the Contracting Authority aimed to determine the minimum quality parameters and performance characteristics that goods must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Contracting Authority and constitute only a quality standard for the subject matter of the contract. By the provision of minimum requirements for quality parameters, the Purchaser understands the requirements of the goods contained in generally available sources, catalogues, manufacturers' websites, etc., as well as the requirements of the goods. Before signing the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide a performance bond amounting to 10% of the total price specified in the offer and is obliged to provide a list of subcontractors.4 The Contractor is obliged to convert into PLN the value specified in the documents submitted to confirm the fulfilment of conditions for participation in the procedure in question, expressed in currencies other than PLN, the Contracting Authority will apply the average exchange rate published by the National Bank of Poland, Table A, on the day of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union. If there was no announcement on that day, the last announced course before that day will be used for the above mentioned conversion: T3- time of completion of removal of failures, faults, extensive and/or complex damages requiring the use of large forces and means, extensive damage / destruction of the controller / access point / ZZP due to lightning discharge or road collision; repair (restoration) of damaged induction loop, etc. referred to in point V.3 OPZ and § 4 paragraph 3 letter c of the Material Provisions of the Agreement
