Description of the subject of the contractThe ongoing repairs and maintenance of traffic lights on the public road network in the city of Gliwice together with the maintenance of the infrastructure of the Traffic Control Centre and the servicing and repair of systems used to operate the tunnel along the Road Diameter Road in Gliwice.1.1). The discussion referred to in paragraph 3 includes in particular: a) emergency and current repairs, repairs, modernisation of IT infrastructure, traffic lights, tunnel and equipment located along the DTS in the city of Gliwice) maintenance of traffic lights on the public road network in the city of Gliwice together with maintenance of the infrastructure of the Traffic Control Centre) maintenance of systems used to operate the tunnel and equipment located along the DTS in the city of Gliwice2. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform all necessary works in accordance with the ToR, Description of the subject matter of the contract and its attachments:Annex No. 1 - Repair time Annex No. 2 - Price form Annex No. 3 - STWIORB Annex No. 4 - List of traffic lights Annex No. 5 - DTR Annex No. 6 - Report on service work performed during DTŚ Annex No. 7 - List of traffic control equipment during DTŚ Annex No. 8 - List of monitoring and video sensing cameras during DTŚ Annex No. 10 - Technical data of a road tunnel located during DTŚ3. The Contracting Authority envisages awarding the contract pursuant to Article 67(1)(6) of the PPL Act, i.e. a contract consisting in the repetition of works covered by a basic contract. The scope of a possible contract shall not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract and shall be awarded on the terms and conditions of the basic contract.
