The concession, in the form of a public-private partnership pursuant to art. 180 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, is being put out to tender on the basis of the project financing proposal, pursuant to art. 183 paragraph 15 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, submitted by the company "Enel X - Enel SOLE" as better specified in the tender specifications, declared to be of public interest by Resolution of the Municipal Council of 06.01.2021 no. 01 and has as its object: Purchase of electricity and operation of the plants as described in the Feasibility Project; Implementation of works to increase the efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance of the plants; Energy and urban redevelopment works; Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the plants, including technological upgrades and management of requests for intervention; Smart city interventionsThe specifications relating to the provision of services and the design and implementation of ancillary works are contained in the tender documents.
