Description

(1) The subject matter of the contract is the service, within the meaning of Article 7(28) of the Public Procurement Law, of maintenance of street lighting equipment owned by the Municipality of Bydgoszcz, and construction work, within the meaning of Article 7(21) of the Public Procurement Law in conjunction with Article 3(8) of the Act of July 7, 1994 on Construction Law, in the field of emergency repairs of such equipment, which includes a total of 13,212 light points, including 5,100 with discharge light source and 8,112 with LED light source, and a total of 292 street lighting cabinets (SOU), distributed in 4 areas.
The subject of the contract in Area I is the maintenance and emergency repair of street lighting equipment, which includes 3,397 light points, including 824 with gas-discharge light source and 2,573 with LED light source, and 79 street lighting cabinets (SOU).The locations of light points and street lighting cabinets in Area I are specified in the "list of light points".During the execution of the contract, the number of street lighting devices is not changed.The Contractor shall carry out maintenance work in accordance with the SCC, emergency repairs in accordance with the SST, in accordance with the terms of the Contract.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for the execution of the contract are described in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ - model Contract with annexes, including: 1) the list of light points, constituting Annex No. 2 to the Agreement (separate for each area), 2) the specification of maintenance work (SCC), constituting Annex No. 3 to the Agreement (common for all areas),3) the technical specification for the performance and acceptance of works related to emergency repairs of street lighting equipment (SST), constituting Annex No. 4 to the Agreement (common for all areas),as well as in the model offer form - separate for each area, constituting Annex No. 2 (I-IV) to the SCA, the model quotation for maintenance work containing the expected amount of maintenance work - separate for each area, constituting Annex No. 3 (I-IV) to the SCA, and the model offer cost estimate containing the schedule of expected emergency repairs - separate for each area, constituting Annex No. 4 (I-IV) to the SCA. The subject of the contract in Area II, is the maintenance and emergency repairs of street lighting equipment, which includes 4576 light points, including 2078 with a discharge light source and 2498 with a LED light source, as well as 91 street lighting cabinets (SOU).The locations of light points and street lighting cabinets in Area II are specified in the "list of light points".During the execution of the contract, the amount of street lighting equipment does not change.The Contractor shall perform maintenance work in accordance with the SCC, emergency repairs in accordance with the SST, under the terms of the Contract. The subject of the contract in Area III, is the maintenance and emergency repairs of street lighting equipment, which includes 2690 light points, including 1202 with a discharge light source and 1488 with a LED light source, and 56 street lighting cabinets (SOU).The locations of light points and street lighting cabinets in Area III are specified in the "list of light points".During the execution of the contract, the amount of street lighting equipment is not changed.The Contractor shall perform maintenance work in accordance with the SCC, emergency repairs in accordance with the SST, under the terms of the Contract. The subject of the contract in Area IV, is the maintenance and emergency repair of street lighting equipment, which includes 2549 light points, including 996 with discharge light source and 1553 with LED light source, and 66 street lighting cabinets (SOU).The locations of light points and street lighting cabinets in Area IV are specified in the "list of light points".During the execution of the contract, the number of street lighting devices is not changed.The Contractor shall carry out maintenance work in accordance with the SCC, emergency repairs in accordance with the SST, in accordance with the terms of the Contract.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for the execution of the contract are described in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ - model Contract with annexes, including: 1) the list of light points, constituting Annex No. 2 to the Agreement (separate for each area), 2) the specification of maintenance work (SCC), constituting Annex No. 3 to the Agreement (common for all areas),3) the technical specification for the performance and acceptance of works related to emergency repairs of street lighting equipment (SST), constituting Annex No. 4 to the Agreement (common for all areas),as well as in the sample bid form - separate for each area, constituting Appendix No. 2 (I-IV) to the STC, the sample quotation for maintenance work containing the anticipated amount of maintenance work - separate for each area, constituting Appendix No. 3 (I-IV) to the STC, and the sample bid cost estimate containing the schedule of anticipated emergency repairs - separate for each area, constituting Appendix No. 4 (I-IV) to the STC.
