Description

(1) The subject matter of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party, against payment, of storage services for agency stocks of diesel fuel in order to meet the disposition of Article 3, paragraph 2, point 2 of the Act of February 16, 2007 on stocks of crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas and the principles of proceeding in situations of threat to the state's fuel security and disturbances in the oil market (consolidated text: Dz. U. of 2022, item 1537, as amended) in the amount of 36,000 m3,2. The Ordering Party allows storage of diesel fuel both in tank capacities, as well as in appropriately adapted mine workings (salt caverns).3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the "Description of the subject matter of the contract", which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. (4) The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial bids:
Provision of storage services for agency stocks of diesel oil in the amount of 10,000 m3 from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2027.Detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Provision of storage services for agency stocks of diesel fuel in the amount of 10,000 m3 from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2027. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Provision of storage services for agency stocks of diesel fuel in the amount of 6,000 m3 from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2027. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
