Description
With this invitation to tender, SIS intends to replace the existing electronic archive in the SIS network, in which all electronic documents that are subject to retention and worthy of retention are archived in an audit-proof manner, with new technology (long-term storage). Among other things, the following requirements must be met:- archiving data from the DMS systems used as well as legally and business-relevant e-mails on a hardware platform, i.e. use of a universal archiving system,- the long-term storage system must meet compliance requirements and should not store duplicates,- the archived data must be stored legibly and unchanged at all times. The status of unchangeability must not be lost. The bid invitation includes delivery, implementation and migration services.
