Description

The present contract concerns the outsourcing of multi-service logistics services for the SIAé and the supported sites: The industrial aeronautical workshops of Ambérieu, Bretagne, Clermont-Ferrand and Cuers-Pierrefeu carry out on their sites or as close as possible to the users, maintenance and manufacturing services for the DMAé, or for private companies. These AIAs are establishments of the aeronautical industrial service.The expected logistic services will be carried out on the sites of:- Ambérieu for AIA AB (550 SIAé personnel on one site);- Lann-Bihoué, Lanvéoc and Landivisiau for AIA BR (800 SIAé personnel on three sites);- Clermont-Ferrand, its Toul and Phalsbourg branches, and Orléans and Évreux for the AIA CF (1 400 SIAé personnel on one site, two branches and two counters); - Cuers-Pierrefeu and the Hyères branch for the AIA CP (1 200 SIAé personnel on one site and one branch).The purpose of this contract is to provide the logistics services outsourced by the AIAs concerned. These are essentially standard activities of storage-stock management, reception-delivery, packaging, transport, inventory-taking, counters. These services apply to stored or non-stored items, whether they are aeronautical materials (elements, sub-assemblies, modules, spare parts, materials coming in for repair, returns from subcontractors, containers), simple industrial materials (tools, ECME, consumables) or standard supplies (office items, furniture) as well as all types of documents (materialized or dematerialized)Material actions (movements, controls, packaging, inventories) are systematically recorded in the information systems of the sites concerned by this contract.
