The Görlitz Clinic intends to procure medical technology for the CSSD. The following are to be procured: Washer-disinfectors (RDG) Washer-disinfectors-Endoscopy (RDG-E), a container washer, steam sterilizers and a plasma sterilizer. All equipment put out to tender must be able to be integrated into the existing software for sterile goods management and batch documentation (Instercount ....).
Görlitz Hospital intends to procure medical technology for the CSSD. To be procured are: Cleaning and disinfection devices (RDG) cleaning and disinfection devices endoscopy (RDG-E), a container washing system, steam sterilizers and a plasma sterilizer. All equipment put out to tender must be able to be integrated into the existing software for sterile goods management and batch documentation (Instercount ....). The installation includes the delivery (transport), the assembly and the ready-to-use connection of the devices/systems to the on-site exhaust air ducts as well as electrical and pipe installations. The performance limit (interface) shall be deemed to have been agreed directly at the unit or system. The bidder must inform himself about the spatial conditions on site before submitting the bid and draw the units into the enclosed DWG! The WDs must be CE certified and comply with the requirements of the MPG. The units must be suitable for reprocessing standard surgical instruments, MIS instruments, ophthalmic instruments, anaesthetic materials, containers, surgical shoes, bowls, glassware and other utensils. The smaller WDs must also be suitable for reprocessing Da Vinci Xi instrument sets! The hygiene regulations must be fully complied with by the manufacturer. Corresponding certificates must be added to the tender documents. In addition to the high level of hygiene safety, the components put out to tender here are intended to optimise the workflow. The instruments should be ready for use again as quickly as possible after use! At the same time, as little personnel as possible should be required for sterilization, cleaning, disinfection, drying and storage. A largely automatic documentation of the processes should minimize potential errors of manual entries.
