You should have:
- completed a contract for supply of similar goods in the preceding 5 years, of not less than £389,188 for the first slot and £243,416 for the second slot
- be able to show a minimum average annual turnover of £974,047 for the first slot and £608,655 for the second slot. This is calculated as total payments received by the bidders for contract completed, or under execution, over the last 3 years.
- access to liquid assets, lines of credit and other financial sufficient to meet cash flow requirement, which is £243,261 for the first slot and £152,163.
