Work under this Contract comprises the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform the start-up, preventative maintenance and testing of a SCIEX 3200 QTrap liquid chromatogram/mass spectrometer triple quadrupole (LC-MS QQQ) system at Defence Research and Development Canada, Suffield Research Centre, Ralston, AB as per schedule and on an "as and when requested" basis.
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to 2020-03-31. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.
There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CTPP), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
