DocumentationInstallation and operating guides, user guides and administrator guides are provided with each version. training The use of the solution must be intuitive, so training in its use is very limited (around 0.5 days). Ideally, users can be trained online (video tutorial, online help) MaintenanceDuring the warranty period (1 year), maintenance is not chargeable.
