Description
GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company that provides construction, operation and management services for over 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for university and municipal buildings.
The project is to be regarded as a sub-project and comprises the addition and replacement of a three-storey classroom wing with an integrated half sports field and day care center at the Fischbek-Falkenberg district school. The three-storey building is planned with a flat roof in a Z-shape and will be built according to the KfW-40 standard in solid construction. The new building is to be certified in accordance with the DGNB Gold Standard.
