Description
Administrative and financial management of the service;Operation and maintenance of the structures and equipment necessary for the operation and safety of the ski lifts;Maintenance of the slopes (grooming, and snowmaking, marking and signalling);Maintenance of a close and distant network of passive and active protection against natural risks, in particular avalanches;New investments in the ski area;Management of the personnel in place on the ski area (the takeover of personnel will be addressed in the rules of consultation);Management of the cash registers and management of cash collections; collection in the name and on behalf of the municipality; promotional and communication measures, customer reception; safety of the slopes and rescue system for the users of the ski area, under the responsibility and control of the mayor; an agreement will be signed for this purpose; keeping in its accounts separate accounts from other operations, in expenses and income; ensuring all expenditure necessary for the operation of the ski area.
