Description

The purpose of this contract is the acquisition and installation of various equipment, apparatus and materials for the practice of sports in the sports and educational establishments of the City of Levallois. This contract, described as a supply contract, is awarded in accordance with the open invitation to tender procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-1 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. It constitutes a framework agreement with order forms subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2125-1 and R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the French Public Order Code. The contract will be awarded to a single contractor for a maximum period of 4 years, including renewals. The total value of the contract is between EUR 20 000 excluding VAT and EUR 660 000 excluding VAT, taking into account its duration and any renewals. The services will start from the date of notification of the contract for a period of 1 year, renewable 3 times.
