The Office of Technology Development Security Features Division (OTD/SFD) has a requirement for a research grade Spectroscopic Ellipsometer (SE) for use on various research and development projects.
The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to deliver and install one (1) SE system at the DCF. The contractor shall also provide startup assistance, training, and warranty for the equipment.
