The subject of the contract is to supply nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer with a resonance frequency for 1H 400 MHz (9.39 T) nuclei, together with measuring heads and additional equipment, for the project "Research Centre for New Biologically Active Compounds Potentially Useful in Medical Diagnostics", carried out at the Institute of Organic Chemistry, Department of Chemistry, Łódź, Poland
The subject matter of the contract includes:a)purchase and delivery of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer with a resonance frequency for nuclei of 1H 400 MHz (9.39 T), together with measuring heads and additional equipment, having the parameters specified in section III,b)loading, transport and unloading of equipment at a location designated by the Purchaser in its headquarters, i.e. the Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Department of Chemistry, Technical University of Lodz.c) installation and commissioning of the complete NMR spectrometer, setting the uniformity of the magnetic field and, performing control tests to confirm the efficiency and compliance of technical parameters with the supplied specifications,d) conduct free training at the headquarters of the Purchaser for users of the equipment on the proper operation of equipment, its software and operation. e) provide maintenance services for the entire warranty period, which is a minimum of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol by the parties without comments (maintenance services and warranty are a criterion for evaluation of offers described in Chapter XXIV SWZ)
