Poland - Specific training services

Description

The subject of the contract is the implementation of training courses in the field of flood protection for persons responsible in local and government administration for flood safety in Żuławy, field services dealing with the removal of flood damage and participating in rescue operations, members of social organizations and auxiliary units of municipalities. By 30 November 2021, the Contractor will conduct two theoretical and two practical training courses in the field of flood safety. Including, by 30 November 2020, one theoretical training for two groups and one practical training.By 30 November 2021, one theoretical training for two groups and one practical training.The theoretical training will be organised for two groups and the practical training for one group. The trainings will take place in a town in Żuławy, which has been agreed with the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject matter of the contract is described in detail for part of contract no. 1 in Volume I, Chapter 1 point 5 of the ToR and in Volume II Model contract and Volume III Description of contract subject of the ToR for part of contract no. 1.The Principal specifies the minimum guarantee period for the products delivered to the training participants (i.e. powerbanks) and the products delivered as prizes for winning schools in competitions for children and young people (i.e. televisions). The minimum warranty period required by the Ordering Party for the above mentioned equipment is 24 months. The subject of the contract is to create lesson plans for primary school students in the field of flood education and to conduct 10 training courses in this field for teachers and headmasters of primary schools in the Żuławy region. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 6 of the PPL Act.The Ordering Party specifies the minimum warranty period for products delivered to training participants (i.e. powerbanks) and products delivered as prizes for winning schools in competitions for children and teenagers (i.e. TV sets). The minimum warranty period required by the Ordering Party for the above mentioned equipment is 24 months.
