Description

Subsidy of specialized training for nurses and midwives (7 training courses x 25 training places). The contract is divided into 7 separate parts, each with 25 participants. The maximum co-financing for one training place for the entire duration of the specialization for a nurse/midwife starting her specialization in 2022. - The maximum co-financing for one training place for the whole period of specialization for a nurse/midwife starting her/his specialization in 2022 can amount to PLN 3,950.00 (if the offer price of one training place is higher, the co-financing will be equal to the maximum amount of PLN 3,950.00).Additional condition: the amount of co-financing of the cost of training nurse / midwife in the specialization training (own contribution paid by the participant) can not be higher than 1000.00 - PLN.
Selection of the education organizer conducting the aforementioned specialization training, which will commence in 2022. - The Training Provider is obliged to start the specialization no later than within 60 days from the date of signing the contract, after carrying out the qualification procedure (the term "start of the specialization" is understood as the date of the first training).The duration of the training must be as specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of September 30, 2016 on postgraduate training of nurses and midwives (Journal of Laws, item 1761, as amended) and must be no less than 15 months, and no more than 20 months, and must be consistent with the hourly requirements specified in the specialization program, subject to § 4.1a of the aforementioned Regulation.
