Description

the present contract is divided into 3 lots: Lot No 1: General language training in the geographical area of the Courts of Appeal of mainland France; Lot No 2: General language training in groups in the area of the overseas Courts of Appeal; Lot No 3: Specific language training linked to the legal and judicial world in groups in the geographical area of the Courts of Appeal of mainland France
The services of lot no. 1 must be provided only on the territory of the French metropolis. The service provider may be required to travel to all the jurisdictions of the Courts of Appeal of the metropolitan territory, as presented in Annex 1 to this CCTP. These training sessions will take place mainly in the provinces, in the geographical areas of the courts of appeal, and to a lesser extent in Paris. The regional training coordinators or the magistrates responsible for training, who initiate these training sessions, will determine the locations and rooms where the training sessions will be held. The training courses to be provided under lot 1 may be organised in two ways: in groups of at least 6 and no more than 12 judges; individually for heads of court or jurisdiction if they need to do so in the course of their duties. The services provided under lot 2 must be provided only in the DROM-COM. The service provider may be required to travel to all the jurisdictions of the Courts of Appeal located in the DROM-COM, as presented in Annex 1 to this CCTP. This concerns the territories of : Saint-Pierre-Et-Miquelon; Saint-Martin; Saint-Barthélemy; Guadeloupe; Martinique; Guyana; Mayotte; Reunion; Windward Islands; Leeward Islands; Marquesas Islands; New Caledonia; Wallis-Et-Futuna. The service provider must be able, if necessary, to provide a solution for each of the existing jurisdictions. The regional training coordinators or the magistrates delegated to training, who are responsible for these training courses, will determine the places and rooms where the training courses will be held. The services of lot no. 3 relating to the language associated with the legal and judicial world will only have to be provided on the territory of the French mainland. The service provider may be required to travel to all the jurisdictions of the Courts of Appeal in mainland France, as presented in Annex 1 to this contract. To date, the need is mainly in Paris, but this does not exclude the possibility of having to offer courses in the provinces. With regard to specific language related to the legal and judicial world, in particular specialised legal English, certain Courts of Appeal will require highly specialised legal content in the following areas (non-exhaustive): Commercial contract law; Intellectual property; Content targeted in relation to the technical vocabulary of the Financial Division; Content focused on the handling of cases related to terrorism; Legal vocabulary necessary for exchanges
