3. description of the subject of the order1. The subject of this order is the delivery within the framework of the investment "Expansion of the existing waste sorting line with a system of mechanical and biological processing of waste (composting and stabilization), consisting in the construction of the Waste Segregation and Management Plant in Wałbrzych at Beethovena Street, a brand new mobile equipment with a hook system", consisting of: - a car vehicle with a hook system - 1 kpl,- trailer for transporting KP 36 type containers - 1 set, - KP 36 type containers - 2 pcs.3. Code CPV 34 14 40 00-8 special-purpose motor vehicles.4. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 5 to the ToR. The rest of the description in point II.2.4 of the notice and in the ToR placed on the website (www.bip.mzuk.com.pl).
Cd.5. The names given by the Ordering Party, trademarks are examples, and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard. The Contracting Authority allows for submission of equivalent tenders. The Contracting Authority shall consider equivalent goods to those with technical parameters not worse than those indicated in the description of the subject of the contract (appendix 5 to the ToR - required and offered parameters). If the description of the subject matter of the contract in appendix 5 to ToR ToR uses trademarks, patents or origin, source or a detailed process which characterizes products or services provided by a specific Economic Operator - the Awarding Entity admits submitting tenders with equivalent solutions, provided they ensure compliance of performance of the subject matter of the contract with the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting appendix 5 to ToR. Names of materials, devices or manufacturers which may appear in the description of the subject matter of the contract attached to the ToR should not be treated as imposed or suggested by the Contracting Authority. A contractor who invokes solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party shall be obliged to prove that the supplies he offers meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party. If the description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting an annex to the ToR, refers to European standards, technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 30 item 1 point 2 and item 3 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.
