Description
The market for the design, manufacture and installation of a filling line: DHRT and ASOT glove boxes, mainly includes:- design and manufacture of the Bàgs on the aspects: mechanical, electrical, process (contains pressure equipment and gas processes), control command (automatic programming/supervision),- installation of a high-pressure filling process,- interface with a laser welding station,- rack construction + cabling,- component integration,- proper functioning tests and factory tests (including waterproofing with Cofrend 2 authorised personnel),- delivery to Valduc,- connections of the Bàgs,- proper functioning tests and commissioning,- supply of a TQC file (as built with a minimum: plans, PV, maintenance manuals, documentation of components, supplies, etc.), - equipment warranty.
