The district of Miltenberg is a voluntary public transport authority according to article 8 paragraph 1 of the law on local public transport in Bavaria (BayÖPNVG) and thus also the competent authority according to Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 and intends to award public passenger transport services with motor vehicles according to §§ 42, 43 of the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) in the line bundles "Regiobus Miltenberg" and "Elsavatal". Within the framework of the award procedure, the following 2 lots are put out to tender:- Lot 1: Regiobus Miltenberg;- Lot 2: Elsavatal...The public passenger transport contract begins on 1.1.2021 and has a duration of 10 years (120 months). The operation therefore ends on 31.12.2030.
The district of Miltenberg is a voluntary public transport authority according to Art. 8 Para. 1 of the Bavarian Public Transport Act (BayÖPNVG) and thus also the competent authority according to Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007. Within the scope of this tender, it awards a public passenger transport contract and special school transport services for schoolchildren to one or more operators in its district. The public passenger transport contract includes passenger transport services with motor vehicles according to §§ 42, 43 PBefG. The contract begins on 1.1.2021 and ends after a term of 10 years (120 months) on 30.12.2030.The service volume for Lot 1 "Regiobus Miltenberg" currently comprises a nominal 509,298 Fpl-km in the regular operating year, 126,353 of which are demand-driven. It comprises the following lines:- line 81 from Miltenberg station to Erlenbach (hospital) and back;- line 83 from Miltenberg station to Wertheim station and back;- line 85 from Miltenberg station to Stadtprozelten station;- line 87 from Miltenberg school centre to Berndiel and back.For Lot 1, at least the following vehicles must be made available by the bidder in the number stated:- Solo 1: 3 vehicles;- Solo 2: 3 vehicles;- Minibus 1: 3 vehicles;- Minibus 2: 1 vehicle;- Minibus 2: 1 vehicle;Further details on the vehicles and the specifications for the vehicles can be found in the service description. Within the scope of this tender, the administrative district of Miltenberg awards a public transport contract as well as special school transport to one or more operators within its territory. The public passenger transport contract includes passenger transport services with motor vehicles according to §§ 42, 43 PBefG. The contract begins on 1.1.2021 and ends after a term of 10 years (120 months) on 30.12.2030. The service volume currently covers a nominal 397,409 Fpl-km for Lot 2 "Elsavatal" in the regular operating year, 37,223 Fpl-km/year of which are demand-driven.It comprises the following lines:- Line 64 from Obernburg-Elsenfeld railway station to Heimbuchenthal railway station (including the integrated school transport lines 75 and 77);- Line 65 from Streit to Erlenbach railway station via a city tour back to the station;And on to Mechenhard and Streit;- Line 69 from Elsenfeld railway station to Elsenfeld railway station and back.The requirements for the performance of the demand-driven transport services are set out in the tender documents.for lot 2, the bidder must provide the following vehicles in the number specified:- Solo 1: 3 vehicles;- Solo 2: 5 vehicles;- Minibus 1: 2 vehicles;- Minibus 2: 1 vehicle;- Minibus 1: 2 vehicles;- Minibus 2: 1 vehicle.
