Description

The service to be awarded is the transportation service for schools in the Heidelberg city district in the area of primary school classes, the Marie-Bertha-Coppius school kindergarten for the speech impaired, the Marie-Marcks-Schule special education and counselling centre as well as swimming trips for the Fröbelschule and the Waldparkchule. It includes all services for the daily transport of the pupils to the schools or the teaching facilities and back to their homes or schools. The area covered is the area of the city of Heidelberg as well as neighbouring municipalities within the school district applicable to the facilities. The children are to be transported to the following school by minibuses: Marie-Marcks-Schule. The children of the Waldparkschule are to be transported once a week to the Internationale Gesamtschule Heidelberg and the children of the Fröbelschule are to be transported once a week to theSRH-Campus Sports e. V. by minibus to the swimming lessons. The children must be transported by minibus from their home address to the Marie-Bertha-Coppius school kindergarten before the kindergarten begins and back to their home address after the kindergarten ends. The lot includes the trips for children living in the southern Rhine-Neckar district (currently Malsch, St. Leon-Rot, Walldorf, Mühlhausen, Wiesloch, Sandhausen, Leimen, St. Ilgen). The children must be transported by minibus from their home address to the Marie-Bertha-Coppius-Schulkindergarten before the kindergarten begins and back to their home address at the end of the kindergarten. The lot includes the trips for children living in the northern and western Rhine-Neckar district (currently Hockenheim, Ketsch, Oftersheim, Plankstadt Schriesheim, Eppelheim). The children must be transported by minibus from their home address to the Marie-Bertha-Coppius school kindergarten before the kindergarten begins and back to their home address at the end of the kindergarten. The lot includes trips for children living in the city of Heidelberg. Children must be transported by minibus to and from the following schools: Heiligenbergschule: The tours include trips for children living in the city of Heidelberg (currently Wieblingen, Bergheim, Pfaffengrund, Kirchheim, Neuenheim, Handschuhsheim) Grundschule Emmertsgrund: The tours include trips for children living in the city of Heidelberg and Eppelheim (currently Hasenleiser, Eppelheim, Pfaffengrund, Kirchheim).
