Description

Delivery within the scope of development work "winter boots" of a prototype batch, designs for a trial batch, a trial batch and designs for serial production together with basic materials of winter boots and a possible delivery of winter boots in serial production. The subject of the contract is to prepare a prototype batch of two variants of winter boots, 141 pairs each, in accordance with the Tactical and Technical Assumptions (TTC) for application tests, on the basis of which one variant of winter boots will be selected by the users for further stages of the development work "Winter boots". The following stages will involve the supply of designs for a test batch of 16 pairs together with basic materials (stage II), a test batch of 161 pairs for utility tests together with basic materials for their production (stage III) and 25 pairs of designs for utility serial production together with basic materials for their production (stage IV).The Contractor, whose winter boots from the prototype batch will be selected for continuation of further stages of the development work after completion of the development work, obtaining the certificate and certificate of possession of the approved factory pattern, will deliver, according to the planned schedule in 2024-2025, 82 530 pairs of winter boots for the needs of the Polish Armed Forces. (WDTT)Description of the Subject of the Order:Within the framework of the development work it is to sell to the Ordering Party the results of the development work including the delivery of Uniforms and Outfitting Items (PUiW) in four Stages in the quantity of:Stage I In Task No. 1 - Winter leather boots:1) 141 pairs of prototype batch of winter leather boots, including:(a) 125 pairs of prototype batch of leather winter boots intended for functional testing,b) 15 pairs of prototype batch of leather winter boots intended for laboratory testing,c) 1 pair of prototype batch of leather winter boots intended for securing information and promotion activities and for comparative testing,2) a set of basic materials used to make leather boots including:(a) 3 mb each of essential materials,(b) 4 A4 rectangles of leather for laboratory tests, and (c) templates for punched and cut materials;In Task No. 2 - Leather and textile winter boots:1) 141 pairs of prototype batch of leather and textile winter boots, including:1) 125 pairs of prototype batch of leather-textile winter boots intended for functional testing,2) 15 pairs of prototype batch of leather-textile winter boots intended for laboratory testing,3) 1 pair of prototype batch of leather-textile winter boots intended for securing information and promotion activities and for comparative testing,2) a set of basic materials used to make leather-textile boots including:(a) 3 mb of essential materials each,(b) 4 A4 rectangles of leather and textile materials for laboratory tests and (c) templates for punched and cut-out materials in case the Employer decides to continue the development work "winter boots" in Task No. 1 or No. 2 after carrying out utility and laboratory tests:Stage II1) 16 pairs of patterns for making a trial batch of one selected type of winter boots (taking into account changes resulting from the report of the prototype batch included in the PAD for making the trial batch) including:a) 1 pair of patterns for the trial batch;b) 15 pairs for laboratory tests2) and used for their making:(a) 3 mb of base materials each;b) 4 A4 rectangles of leather and/or textile materials for laboratory tests,c) templates for punched and cut materials,and in the event that the Employer decides to proceed with the development of the "winter glove" on the basis of laboratory tests conducted:Phase III1) 166 pairs of trial batch of selected one type of Winter Gloves, including:a) 150 pairs for usability testing;b) 1 pair for securing information and promotion activities and comparative testing;c) 15 pairs for laboratory testing2) and used to make:d) 3 mb. each d) 3 mb. each of textile materials;e) 4 rectangles of A4 size of leather for laboratory tests;f) templates for punching and cutting materials;Stage IV1) 25 pairs of patterns for serial production of one selected type of Winter Booties (with introduced changes resulting from the conclusions of the report on the test batch), including:(a) 10 pairs of patterns of Winter Booties,b) 15 pairs for laboratory tests,2) shoe lasts in all sizes according to the adopted size classification (28 sizes) of the selected one type of Winter Booties,3) textile materials used for their production:a) 6 mb. each. of textiles used for their production,b) 8 rectangles of A4 format of leathers used for laboratory tests and for colouring standards,c) 4 (unit of measurement according to the assortment) of confectionery accessories used,d) templates for cutting and punching materials. The development work will end with elaboration of Military Technical and Technological Documentation (MTD) and patterns of winter boots for serial production. WDTT for serial production is a document containing information necessary to produce winter boots, their certification and verification of compliance of company patterns. The information contained in the WDTT shall unambiguously determine winter boots, their components, as well as specify the requirements for their manufacturing technology, their technical and service properties, method of maintenance and marking and packaging.
