Description

1.The subject of the contract is the supply of items of uniform and equipment - special boots for Special Forces and Military Police.2..The scope of the order includes six tasks, i.e. :- Task 1 - WS tropical training boots - 3,247 pairs;- Task 2 - boots for special operations in water - 1,282 pairs;- Task 3 - insulated waterproof boots - 150 pairs;- Task 4 - WS winter special boots - 3,073 pairs;- Task 5 - tracking boots - 3,504 pairs;- Task 6 - WS sports boots - 3,801 pairs.2..The subject matter of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Technical and Operational Requirements constituting the order documents.3.The subject matter of the order will be subject to quality supervision carried out by RPW in accordance with AQAP 2131 edition C version 1.4.The term of the order: 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or until October 31, 2023. - whichever expires first.
(1) The subject of the order for Task No. 1 is the supply of items of uniforms and equipment - WS tropical training shoes in the amount of 3,247 pairs. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Technical and Performance Requirements (TI) No. 106/DKWS2. Term of performance guaranteed:Completion: 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or by October 31, 2023. - whichever expires earlier.3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to submit the following subject evidence with the bid:- It is required that the bidder submit (along with the bid) the results of tests of the essential materials specified in Tables 1-6 of WTU 106/DKWS, confirmed by an accredited laboratory, and a statement that the parameters of the offered product comply with the provisions of WTU 106/DKWS;- In order to assess the compliance of the subject of the bid with the requirements specified in Technical and Performance Requirements 106/DKWS, one pair of WS tropical exercise shoes in size 8.5 UK (42.5 EURO) must be submitted along with the bid as a sample. Along with the bid, a longitudinal cross-section of the shoes should be attached.The Employer, in accordance with Article 107 (2) of the PPL Act, does not provide for calling for submission or supplementation of the subject evidence indicated above. (1) The subject matter of the contract for Task No. 2 is the supply of items of uniform and equipment - boots for special operations in water in the amount of 1 282 pairs. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Technical and Performance Requirements (TI) No. 85/DKWS2. Term of performance of the guaranteed order:Completion: 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or by October 31, 2023. - whichever expires earlier.3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to submit the following subject evidence with the bid:- It is required that the bidder submit (with the bid) the results of tests on the essential materials specified in Tables No. 2 to 5 of WTU 85/DKWS, certified by an accredited laboratory;- In order to assess the compliance of the subject of the bid with the requirements specified in Technical and Performance Requirements 85/DKWS, one pair of WS water special operations boots in size 8 UK (42 EURO) must be submitted with the bid as a sample. Along with the bid, the longitudinal cross-section of the footwear must be attached.The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 107 (2) of the PPL Act, does not provide for calling for submission or supplementation of the subject evidence indicated above. (1) The subject matter of the contract for Task No. 3 is the supply of items of uniform and equipment - waterproof insulated boots in the amount of 150 pairs. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Technical and Performance Requirements (TI) No. 94/DKWS2. Term of performance of the guaranteed order:Completion: 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or by October 31, 2023. - whichever expires earlier.3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to submit the following subject evidence with the bid:- It is required that the bidder submit (along with the bid) the test results of the essential materials specified in Tables No. 2 to 5 of WTU 94/DKWS, confirmed by an accredited laboratory, and a statement on the compliance of the parameters of the offered product with the provisions of WTU 94/DKWS and documents issued by the manufacturer/importer or the bidder on the parameters of the materials;- In order to assess the compliance of the subject of the bid with the requirements specified in Technical and Performance Requirements 94/DKWS, one pair of waterproof insulated footwear in size 8 UK must be submitted along with the bid as a sample.The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 107 (2) of the PPL Act, does not provide for calling for submission or supplementation of the subject evidence indicated above. (1) The subject of the contract for Task No. 4 is the supply of items of uniforms and equipment - WS special winter boots in the amount of 3 073 pairs. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Technical and Performance Requirements (TI) No. 83/DKWS2. Term of performance of the guaranteed order:Completion: 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or by October 31, 2023. - whichever expires earlier.3The Contracting Authority requires the contractor to submit with the bid the following subject evidence:- It is required that the bidder submit (with the bid) the test results of the essential materials specified in Tables No. 2 to 5 of WTU 83/DKWS, confirmed by an accredited laboratory, and a statement that the parameters of the offered product comply with the provisions of WTU 83/DKWS and documents issued by the manufacturer/importer or the bidder of the parameters of the essential materials;- Test results confirming compliance with the PN-EN ISO 20347:2012 standard.- In order to assess the compliance of the subject of the offer with the requirements specified in the Technical and Performance Requirements 83/DKWS, one pair of WS special winter boots in size 8 UK must be submitted along with the offer as a sample. Along with the bid, the longitudinal cross-section of the footwear must be attached.The Employer, in accordance with Article 107 (2) of the PPL Act, does not provide for calling for submission or supplementation of the subject evidence indicated above. (1) The subject matter of the contract for Task No. 5 is the supply of uniform and equipment items - tracking shoes in the amount of 3,504 pairs. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Technical and Performance Requirements (TI) No. 86/DKWS2. Term of performance of the guaranteed order:Completion: 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or by October 31, 2023. - whichever expires earlier.3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to submit the following subject evidence with the bid:- It is required that the bidder submit (along with the bid) the results of the tests of the essential materials specified in Tables 1 - 5 of WTU 86/DKWS, confirmed by an accredited laboratory, and a statement on the compliance of the parameters of the offered product with the provisions of WTU 86/DKWS;- In order to assess the compliance of the subject of the bid with the requirements specified in Technical and Performance Requirements 86/DKWS, one pair of WS tracking shoes in size 8 UK (42 EURO) must be submitted along with the bid as a sample. Along with the bid, a longitudinal cross-section of the shoes must be attached.The Employer, in accordance with Article 107(2) of the PPL Act, does not provide for calling for submission or supplementation of the subject evidence indicated above. (1) The subject of the contract for Task No. 6 is the supply of items of uniforms and equipment - WS sports shoes in the amount of 3,801 pairs. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Technical and Performance Requirements (TI) No. 119/DKWS2. Term of performance of the guaranteed order:Completion: 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or by October 31, 2023. - whichever expires earlier.3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to submit the following subject evidence with the bid:-The bidder is required to submit (with the bid) the test results of the basic materials confirmed by a laboratory with accreditation according to PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 and a statement on the compliance of the parameters of the offered product with the provisions of the Technical and Performance Requirements 119/DKWS and documents issued by the manufacturer/importer or the bidder on the parameters of the essential materials;-In order to assess the compliance of the subject of the bid with the requirements specified in the Technical and Performance Requirements 119/DKWS, one pair of WS sports shoes in size 42 EURO must be submitted along with the bid as a sample.Pursuant to Article 107 (2) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority does not anticipate calling for submission or supplementation of the subject evidence indicated above.
