Description

The subject of the contract is "Execution of a detailed functional and spatial concept of expansion and modernization of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology - National Research Institute (formerly: Maria Skłodowska-Curie Oncology Centre) in Warsaw at 5 W.K. Roentgena Street" as part of the implementation of a long-term programme entitled: "Multiannual investment programme in the field of revitalisation and expansion of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie Oncology Centre - Maria Skłodowska-Curie Institute". Whenever the present ToR and annexes to the ToR refer to "CO-I" or "NIO" or "NIO-PIB" or "Maria Skłodowska-Curie Oncology Center" shall be understood as the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology - National Research Institute in Warsaw at 5 W.K. Roentgena Street.The aim of the study is to make a detailed functional and spatial concept of the expansion and modernization of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology (formerly: Maria Skłodowska-Curie Oncology Centre) in Warsaw at W.K. Street. Roentgena 5 in the scope of: - extension of the Institute by creating a new clinical building, in the central part of the NIO-PIB area, together with full technical infrastructure and fully integrated technically and organizationally with the existing complex while maintaining full functional connections with it,- modernization of the existing NIO-PIB facilities with particular emphasis on the main building of the Hospital,- arrangement of the existing function of all NIO-PIB facilities and improvement of relations between its individual areas,- development of a project of green areas and the NIO-PIB communication system,- described in detail in Appendix 1 to the ToR.
