Description

a. Main sound system with dedicated suspension elements, b. Subwoofer system with dedicated suspension elements, c. Outfill sound system with dedicated elements enabling suspension, d. The system for sound reinforcement of the first rows of the audience, e. A set of signal and power wiring, according to the guidelines contained in Annex 6 to the ToR, f. A set of transport crates being individually manufactured products according to the guidelines contained in Annex 6 to the ToR, g. Microphones and stage accessories included in Appendix No. 6 to the ToR, h. Carrying out system tuning, acoustic measurements and analysis of the optimization of the installed electroacoustic system, according to the guidelines contained in the project, made by the Certified Technical Support of the Manufacturer of the supplied equipment, completed with an appropriate report. The date and place shall be stated in the contract, and. Training of 3 persons in system operation on an hourly basis min. 30 hours. The training will be delivered by a person technically competent in the industry. The training is to take place on site during the Customer's working hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00. The offered equipment is to be brand new, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 2019,k. The Ordering Party requires that the construction of loudspeakers should be active, i.e. each driver should be supplied with a separate amplifier channel, - The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to enclose with the offer in a printed or electronic form a document containing a diagram of the phase response characteristics of the system, included in the catalogue card or constituting a separate attachment to the catalogue card, prepared using the predictive program of the manufacturer of the offered system or using a measurement program (SIM3, Smaart V8, SysTune, etc.). If a true measurement result is included, the measurement shall be made according to the rules and using calibrated components of the measurement system from a distance of 1 m to a maximum of 2 m from the source. The graph should represent the required parameter according to the formula below. A detailed description of the electroacoustic system constituting part I of the order is included in Appendix No. 6 to the ToR. a. Digital sound mixing set consisting of consoles dedicated to the realization of the main mix and the realization of the monitor mix together with the necessary accessories and extensions,b. Compact audio mixing system with all the necessary accessories and extensions,c. A set of transport boxes dedicated to digital sound mixing systems, being products made individually according to the guidelines included in Annex 6 to ToR, d. Training in the operation of the delivered system for 3 people on an hourly basis min. Eight hours. The training will be delivered by a person with knowledge and skills in this field. The training is to take place at the place where the sound mixing system is installed during the Ordering Party's working hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00,e. The offered equipment is to be brand new, i.e. manufactured no earlier than 2019. Required technical parameters: - Built-in FOH console (Front of House. Implementation stand of the front system) and MON (Monitors. Dynamic EQ - minimum 128 simultaneous instances, - Multi-band compressor built into FOH and MON consoles - minimum 128 simultaneous instances, - Offering consoles equipped with work surfaces with more than 20 faders, - Offering a console where the work surface and DSP modules are integrated in one common frame and housing. The solution consisting in screwing the modules into a common flight-case housing is not allowed,- Possibility of assigning any input or output channels to a given solo bus in the FOH and MON console,- Possibility of grouping the channels in the FOH and MON console and treating them as folders on the working plane (grouped channels occupy one fader),- In the FOH and MON console, For FOH and MON consoles it is possible to control the transport of players via the console and MIDI, - For FOH and MON consoles it is possible to program the time of summoning subsequent snapshots,- For FOH and MON consoles it is possible to call up the snapshot without changing the DSP configuration (preview function),- For FOH and MON consoles the function of warning about channel override - the function of warning about channel override will be considered as fulfilling this functionality if the procedure in the software of the console calling to the window screen with information about channel override is shown - regardless of the currently opened editing window,- For FOH and MON consoles The ability to control the level of channel shipments via DCA groups,- The ability to switch input channels between virtual soundcheck (connection to audio interface) and connection to the stacker directly from the console software,- The ability to automatically make changes in more than one snapshot at the same time on a principle: Change the settings, e.g. Functionality that allows sending signals from a rack stage microphone preamplifier to another analog or digital console with level compensation to use the rack stage as an input module for two simultaneous consoles. a. Transport packaging for 1 smoke-generator type device - 2 pcs. Transport box - 19 pcs. Training in the operation of the delivered system for 3 people on an hourly basis min. Eight hours. The training will be delivered by a person technically competent in the industry. The training shall take place at the place where the lighting equipment is installed during the working hours of the Employer, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.p. The offered equipment is to be brand new, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 2018 a. Projector - 1 pc.b. Laptop - 1 pc. Screen - 1 pcs. The offered equipment is to be brand new, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 2018 a. Monitoring camera - 8 pcs. Counting camera - 2 pcs. Recorder - 2 pcs. Disk - 3 pcs. Switsch - 3 pcs. f. Monitor - 2 pcs. Training in operating the supplied system for max. 12 people on an hourly basis min. Five hours. The offered equipment is to be brand new, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 2018.22 In the case of Part V of the order, the Contractor shall test the efficiency of the subject of the order in the presence of the Customer at the site where the cameras are installed.23 In the case of Part V of the order, the subject of the contract shall be performed taking into account the following remarks:1) The Contractor shall be obliged to install the cameras in such a way that there is no damage to the rooms not covered by the works or to the infrastructure located on the premises of the Amphitheatre. In the event of damage, the Contractor shall be obliged to repair or reconstruct the premises of the Amphitheatre at its own expense and expense.2) After completion of the works, the Contractor shall arrange the premises of the Amphitheatre at its own expense.3) The Contractor shall have the tools, plant equipment or technical equipment available to the Contractor to perform the public order.24. In the case of Part V of the order: 1) The construction site (Amphitheatre) shall be accessible to the Contractor of construction works and the Contractor assembling the cameras. The Contractor undertakes not to hinder the performance of construction work.2) In the case of Part V, the work commenced is to be carried out in sequence, i.e. without stoppages (not including evening and night hours). The Ordering Party allows a break of 24 hours in the works undertaken by the Contractor.3) The Ordering Party provides for an extension of the deadline for the performance of the subject of the agreement in the form of an annex in cases beyond the control of the Contractor and the Ordering Party, e.g. weather preventing work outside the Amphitheatre.
