Chile - Solutions for oncological preparations

Description

The purpose of the tender is to have a Contract for the Supply of Solutions Ready to Administer Injectable Oncological Preparations and HCM Parenteral Nutrition, which are defined as follows:
- Oncological Solutions ready to administer, which includes Oncological Drugs in different therapeutic ranges depending on each patient.
- Parenteral Nutrition Solutions ready to administer, which includes Nutritional Medications in different total volumes (bags) depending on the patient's conditions.

- Oncological Preparations (in specific cases in which it is favorable for the Hospital to send the medication).
These preparations will be made only during the period in which the IV Mixing Center of the Pharmacy and Prosthesis C.R. of the Hospital is under repair, maintenance, and/or validation of areas and equipment, in order to comply with the General Technical Standard No. 59 for the Handling of Sterile Medicines in Hospital Pharmacies and General Technical Standard No. 25 for the Handling of Antineoplastic Medicines. In a year, our facility has scheduled 1 validation and 3 maintenances with an average duration of one week, and an unforeseen event may occur that prevents us from complying internally and having to resort to this service for the benefit of our patients.
The other purpose of the tender is to have a supply contract for the acquisition of READY TO ADMINISTER SOLUTIONS OF INJECTABLE ONCOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS AND PARENTERAL NUTRITIONS HCM 2025-2027, which allows the timely supply of the necessary products in the care of the Hospital users for a period of 24 months, in the circumstances that these products were not provided by the National Supply Center of Health Services, nor are they available in the electronic catalogs of the Framework Agreement, in the Coordinated Purchases and/or Joint Purchases of the Ministry of Health, or their acquisition is disadvantageous with respect to the result of the present bidding, nor do they exist in the property of other State agencies or shared services that allow satisfying the requirement, whose more advantageous conditions will be reported at the corresponding opportunity to the Purchasing Department, in accordance with the provisions of D. S. No. 661, of 20 December 2007, which will be informed in the corresponding opportunity to the Purchasing Department, in accordance with the provisions of D. S. No. 661, of 20 December 2007.S. No. 661, of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance.
