- solid waste collection and transportation at a pre-agreed time schedule, to a designated disposal site
- waste segregation at source in bins marked for nature of usage
- new collection bins and vehicles
- street cleaning on a regular basis
- bin installation before collections start
- collection bin and vehicle maintenance
